Richfield, Iowa — If you’re thinking about moving to the suburbs, then you might want to consider living in one of the homes on this list.

The home improvement store is offering free upgrades for the next two weeks for residents who live in one house or condo.

The company is offering upgrades in both the home and condo categories for a total of $1,200.

“We’re offering free home renovations in both homes and condos to residents who choose to purchase a new home in their home, and we’ll provide the full $1.2 million in upgrades to those who move into a new property,” Richfield Home Improvement CEO Mike Smith said in a statement.

“These upgrades will include a new front porch, new windows, new doors, and a new flooring plan.

They’ll also include a custom-built floor and roof.”

Residents who choose the condo upgrade will receive free repairs and upgrades for their homes, as well as the option to buy a new condo and live in it.

Home renovations can be done at most of the major home improvement stores across the United States.

While the number of people living in homes is expected to grow by nearly 40 percent between 2020 and 2028, the number also is expected increase significantly as people start moving out of the cities.
